The production process of disposable paper cups (paper bowls) is mainly divided into six steps:PE coating, slitting, printing, cutting, forming and packaging.
1.PE coating: the base paper is coated with PE film by the coating machine. PE coated paper is dvided into single-sided coated and double-sided coated.
2.Slitting: Use a slitting machine to cut the coated paper into fanshaped paper (for the wall of the cup)
and small roll paper (for the bottom of the cup).
3.Printing: Using flexo printing machine, offset printing machine or gravure printing machine to print various patterns on paper cup fan.
4.Die cutting: Use the flat press indentation cutting machine (commonly known as die cutting machine)
to cut the printed paper sheet into a fan piece for making paper cups (paper bowls).
5.Forming: The paper cup(bowl) forming machine automatically forms the paper cup for various specifications you need. Only the operator needs to place the fan cup piece and the bottom of the cup web into the feeding port.Automatic molding, out of the cup, one person can easily operate.
6.Packaging: After quality inspected by QC personnel, seal the paper cup (paper bowl) with plastic bag, put it into the carton according
to the specifications required by customers, and finally seal the box and attach the label.
